1. License & Ownership

Each purchase provides a single-seat license, meaning one user per day per seat within reasonable use. The license is tied to the purchasing individual or company and cannot be transferred.
2. Definition of "Lifetime Access"
“Lifetime access” refers to continued use of the software for as long as it remains actively developed and supported. If the software is discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to provide the last working version for a defined period before support ends.
3. Updates & Future Features
All future updates to this product are included at no additional cost.
If a major new product or version is released in the future, lifetime users will be granted access at no additional charge if it serves as a direct evolution of this software.
No premium versions of this specific software will be released.
4. Security & User Responsibility
The software processes all data locally and does not store or transmit personal information.
While designed to anonymize sensitive data, absolute security is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for reviewing anonymized documents before external processing and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The developer is not responsible for data loss, incorrect anonymization, or security breaches.
5. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase—no questions asked.
Additionally, refunds may be granted beyond the 14-day period at the developer’s discretion in cases of:
Technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as intended, where troubleshooting does not resolve the problem.
Duplicate purchases made in error.
Other exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The developer shall not be liable for any legal, financial, or compliance-related consequences arising from the use of the software. Additionally, the developer assumes no responsibility for any data loss, corruption, or technical issues that may occur, including but not limited to software conflicts, unintended modifications, or disruptions in workflow. Users are encouraged to maintain regular backups and implement appropriate safeguards to protect their data.
By using this software, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—that may result from improper use, system failures, or reliance on the software’s output.
9. Termination of Access & Violations
The developer reserves the right to revoke access if a user violates these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, modification, or misuse of the software.
Written notice will be provided in such cases.
10. Force Majeure
The developer is not liable for disruptions, changes, or discontinuation due to factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Regulatory changes
Cybersecurity incidents
Unforeseen technical limitations
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
12. Download & Access Method
Software will be made available via current distribution methods, which may include email delivery, download links, or a customer portal.
The method of delivery may change over time based on platform updates.
13. Future Business Model & Subscription Changes
If a subscription model is introduced, lifetime access holders will retain full access to this product without additional fees.
Lifetime users will not be charged for future versions if they serve as a direct continuation of this software.
14. Data Collection & Privacy
The developer does not store or process user data beyond necessary purchase and distribution information.
No user data is transmitted or retained beyond what is required for licensing.
15. Right to Modify Terms
The developer reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Users will be notified of material changes before they take effect.
16. No Legal Advice Disclaimer
This software does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any laws or regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the software aligns with their legal requirements.
